The Brief
If the candidate is a member of art unions, foundations and associations, is active in the field of the World of Art (creativity, economics, numismatics, patronage, art criticism), in this case it is possible to become a member of the European Art Union under a simplified system by sending the necessary materials to the directorate in electronic form.
The Criteria
Members of the European Art Union:
1. Are active in the field of art or related fields (creativity, economics, numismatics, patronage, art criticism);
2. Take an active part in individual projects or activities of the union as a whole;
3. Promote the activities, principles and standards of the Union;
4. Pay the established membership fees.
Benefits and Responsibilities
Members of the European Art Union have the right to take an active part in the programs and projects of the Union, propose projects and actions that can promote recognition and advertising of the union, participate in legally significant acts of the union.
Members of the union will be listed on the website and may use all the services of the European Art Union for a nominal fee, and some services are provided free of charge, according to the tariff scale.

Cost and terms of payment
Age – up to 60 years:
a) One-time entry fee: 38 euros
b) Annual fee: 5 euros
c) Attributes of the union (extradition, restoration): 5 euros
Age – from 60 to 65 years:
a) One-time entry fee: 12 euros
b) Annual fee: 12 euros
c) Attributes of the union (extradition, restoration): 5 euros
Age – over 65:
a) One-time entry fee: 10 euros
b) Annual fee: 10 euros
c) Attributes of the union (extradition, restoration): 5 euros
Category “The author is a member of an association or union that does not have national status”:
Applicant under 60:
a) One-time entry fee: 50 euros
b) Annual fee: 23 euros
c) Attributes of the union (extradition, restoration): 5 euros
Comments: Enrollment based on the decision of the Presidium
Applicant between 60 and 65 years of age:
a) One-time entry fee: 25 euros
b) Annual fee: 12 euros

Comments: Enrollment is automatic, without section meeting

Entry procedure
The author enters the European Art Union in a simplified form, after sending a questionnaire and a copy of payment of fees to the directorate of the union.

Stage 1: sending the following materials to the directorate of the union:
1) application (download in Word, PDF, RTF format);
2) scan or photocopy of membership card;
3) two color photographs (portrait), size 3.5×4.5 cm.
4) a scan or a photocopy of the receipt of payment of membership fees (see section “Membership fees”);
5) a copy or scan of the passport (1st page);
6) a copy or scan of the membership card of the union (s), which (s) already includes the applicant.
After the directorate receives these materials, the author will be sent a confirmation and a membership book. Union members have the right to take part in legally significant events.
Stage 2: provision of additional materials within 3 months after entry:
1) autobiography (text in Word);
2) from 20 to 50 photographs of author’s works;
3) scan or photocopy of the certificate of education;
4) scan or photocopies of diplomas confirming an academic degree, academic or honorary title (if any);
5) copies of laureate and award diplomas and certificates (if any);
